About us:

Each item in our store is handmade from salvaged retired climbing rope. When climbing rope reaches the end of its lifecycle, it is unsafe to use and is typically disposed of via incineration. Craggu and other various small businesses take these retired climbing ropes and bring new life into them by making sustainable products. 

Where the rope came from:

Borja Blue comes from our beloved friends Dominic, Kylie and their little toddler, Kainoni Borja. The family of 3 dropped off their retired rope as a small donation before they left Washington and moved to Hawaii. We miss their passion and love not only for each other, but for climbing and their community back here in the PNW. We love and miss you guys, Salamat Po!
